HIEMUL is an emulsifier specifically designed for ultra-high temperature oil-based drilling fluids. It significantly reduces the oil-water interfacial tension through strong interfacial adsorption and double electric layer stabilization mechanisms, forming a stable emulsion that is resistant to high temperatures and pressures. This effectively controls filtration loss and maintains rheological properties, ensuring the safety and efficiency of deep and ultra-deep well operations.

l 推薦加量:4%~8%;
l 抗溫性強,體系抗溫性220℃以上;
l 流變性優(yōu)異,220℃老化前后流變性變化不大,粘切適中;
l 濾失量低:220℃老化后高溫高壓濾失量小于6.0mL;
l 抗污染性能優(yōu)異:抗鉆屑、地層水污染能力強,鉆屑污染后破乳電壓和濾失量變化不大。
l Recommended dosage: 4% to 8%;
l Strong temperature resistance, with the system capable of withstanding temperatures above 220°C;
l Excellent rheological properties, showing minimal changes in rheology before and after aging at 220°C, with appropriate viscosity and yield point;
l Low fluid loss: The high-temperature, high-pressure (HTHP) fluid loss after aging at 220°C is less than 6.0 mL;
l Outstanding contamination resistance: Strong resistance to contamination from drill cuttings and formation water, with minimal changes in demulsification voltage and fluid loss after drill cuttings contamination.
